Free shipping on all orders.

Orders ship worldwide via Royal Mail tracked and signed. Once the item has shipped and tracking has been provided, the item is the customers responsibility. Any duties/ taxes incurred are also the customers responsibility.

Due to the limited and hand made nature of each piece, we are usually unable to offer returns or exchanges, but if you need any help or have any questions at all, please email anoushka@haroutounian.com.
